Objectives	* To build capacity, transfer know - how and establish the basis for the maintenance of national wetland archives in Albania * To apply the MedWet Inventory
Anticipated results	* Capacity building and know how transfer to Albanian scientists involved in wetland inventory, mapping and electronic data management, and to experts that will be trained as trainers * Operation of databases and Geographic Information Systems department at ECAT premises * Installation of a wetland database software at national bodies * Increased public awareness for wetland conservation
Actions / Activities	* Training needs analysis, training package on MedWet inventory, training seminars * Purchase of software and hardware, installation of MedWet Database * Further development of MedWet Database in line with the European Union Water Framework Directive needs, filling in of the MedWet Database * Communication material
