Objectives
Create a dialogue process around the two wetland sites leading
to a Contrat de Nappe between the water users in Morocco and
local action plan for Al Azraq to be presented at the
national level in Jordan.
Anticipated Results
Good practice guidelines for intersectoral water dialogue are
established, promoted and applied for the sustainable
management of different wetland-agricultural systems in a
basin context and in dialogue with other water users.

Remarks
The Menasra dialogue is also perceived as a demonstrative
project within the Water National Debate that have been launched
simultaneously. Al Azraq dialogue is also perceived as a
national issue in reason of its strategic importance for the
water supply of the capital city of Amman, Jordan.
